Every Monday 18.30 - 19.30

60 minutes of Circuit Training which includes

  • Aerobic Activity

  • Core Work

  • Resistance Training

  • Full Body Fitness

Bring a towel and water

£6 per session

Yoga with Roxanne

Every Wednesday 19.30 - 20.30

Suitable for all levels and experience

All members welcome

Please bring a mat
